Return & Exchange

Unless otherwise specified, no return, exchange of merchandise or refund will be accepted.Return Policy
Subject to the Return, Refund and Exchange Policy , merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within seven (7) days of receipt if the merchandise you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (with no fault on your part), or the merchandise are not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity.You may send email with the product photo and sales invoice to request for return. If the returned goods are accompanied by promotional gifts or special purchases, the goods must also be returned, otherwise the refund will not be processed.Please note that the outer package and packaging materials of our products serve only as protection for the product during shipping. Exchange PolicyIf the products to replace are sold out, "Three to Eighty" will refund your payment.If the gifts come with the purchase of the products are out of stock, "Three to Eighty" will provide approximate gifts as an alternative.Please note that "Three to Eighty" may have to check and verify the return before any exchange. Once "Three to Eighty" has inspected the condition of the returned items, "Three to Eighty" will notify you of the exchange arrangement. In exceptional case at the sole discretion of "Three to Eighty", "Three to Eighty" will provide you with product replacement. (takes about 4-6 weeks).
Refund PolicyIf any promotional discount was applied to the total purchase amount at time of purchase, you will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase for that item.If there is a refund of the affiliated gift, "Three to Eighty" will deduct the value of the gift or the special offer when the refund is made.The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.Please note that "Three to Eighty" may have to check and verify the return before any refund. Once "Three to Eighty" has inspected the condition of the returned items, "Three to Eighty" will notify you of the refund arrangement. In exceptional case at the sole discretion of "Three to Eighty", "Three to Eighty" will refund the amount paid to your account (takes about 4-6 weeks).
* "Three to Eighty" will reserve the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. In case of dispute, "Three to Eighty" will reserve the right of final decision.
