運送時間及送貨方式﹝適用於運送到香港的訂單﹞

訂單總淨值 (港幣)小於$600,$600或以上運費$50免費備註:

偏遠地區: 離島地區 (例如: 大嶼山、馬灣、長洲及南丫島) 無升降機設備的樓宇不設送貨服務。

運送時間

  • "Three to Eighty" 將以電郵形式確認 "Three to Eighty"已收到閣下的訂單,"Three to Eighty"將使用所有合理商業努力於接受閣下訂單的7個工作天內送貨。工作天不包括星期六、日 及公眾假期。當八號烈風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時,送貨服務時間將會延遲。

  • "Three to Eighty"或會一次或分多次送貨,而部份商品可能由供應商直接送貨。有關發送商品的任何時間及日期,或送貨所需的時間僅為估計。倘 "Three to Eighty"未能符合任何訂明的發送或送貨日期或時間, "Three to Eighty" 將通知閣下有關閣下訂單的進度。

運送進度

您的確認電郵已包括預計發送及交付的資料。

追蹤訂單

閣下可於網上追蹤閣下的訂單狀況。更多追蹤訂單的詳情請參閱訂貨通知。

更改訂單

當您完成網上訂單程序,恕不能更改任何已訂購的貨品資料或郵寄地址, "Three to Eighty"均不會接受取消訂單或向閣下退款。如有任何問題,可透過電郵(info@threetoeighty.com) 與客戶服務聯絡。

海外訂單

"Three to Eighty"目前只接受送往香港境內的訂單。

Delivery time

  • "Three to Eighty" will acknowledge your order to confirm that "Three to Eighty" has received your order by email. Unless otherwise specified, "Three to Eighty" will use all reasonable commercial endeavors to make delivery within 7 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

  • "Three to Eighty" may deliver the merchandise in one or more instalments. Any times and dates given for dispatch of merchandise, or the length of time that merchandise will take to be delivered, are only estimates. If "Three to Eighty" is unable to meet any stated dispatch or delivery dates or times, "Three to Eighty" will inform you as to the progress of your order.


Dispatch notification

Estimated dispatch and delivery information will be included in confirmation email.


Tracking orders

Changing Orders

Once you have completed your purchase, "Three to Eighty" will not accept any changes on ordered items and delivery address and under no circumstances will "Three to Eighty" accept cancellation of order or refund. Overseas delivery

Delivery service is only available locally and there is no overseas delivery.
